Mantra Meditation: Using Prayer Beads and the Gayatri Mantra

Blessings Beloveds ~

Since the Mountain Lion post, many have asked which mantra I use in my early morning meditations.

In 2012 when I first arrived on Mount Shasta, I was guided to memorize and use the Gayatri Mantra. This is a Vedic mantra with a powerful ability to illuminate the heart, pineal, and energy fields. It is also a strong mantra for opening organic StarGates.

Even though I don’t follow any religion, I use this mantra regularly. Usually before SUNrise with prayer beads in hand, 108 rounds. I feel it working through my body, fields and heart. This practice opens the Kryst field, illuminates my heart, and sets my intention to walk through the day with Presence. I find myself singing it or repeating it during tasks, Gatework, contact, hiking … it just flows in, and has become part of my journey.

Here is an excerpt from the Crystalline DNA Mastery course, explaining the use of prayer beads and the Gayatri Mantra.

Using Prayer Beads: The 108 Activation Point

Prayer beads contain a strand of 108 beads. if you have ever used prayer beads for mantra repetition, you know that something unique happens at 108 repetitions.

This is a light technology, a sacred encoded formula for tapping into the vast lineage of prayers and meditations in these realms. Like the Sri Yantra Sacred geometry, the 108 collapses space-time, so we may access the true Oneness and vastness of our Divine Self and Source.

In numerology, the number 1 refers to Unity. The number 0 refers to stillness, space, or zero point. The number 8 refers to infinity, or cycles of time. 108 refers to the Unity of Zero Point and Time, transcending the space-time continuum.

With practice, you will notice the 108 ‘tipping point’ when the time-space continuum collapses. The illusion of separation drops away. That activation point is also encoded into our DNA, like a cosmic access code to the presence of Source awareness. (See the Crystalline DNA Mastery course for more on this.)

Advice for using the Gayatri Mantra (or any mantra for that matter):

Observe your intention: Why are you using it, and what does your heart hope to achieve by using this?

Learn to speak the proper Sanskrit words and tones. With practice, you may access the ancient lineage and intentional vibration set in the prayer field, and amplify the mantra’s intent for all.  As with any mantra, learn to pronounce the words properly. Empower yourself: Search YouTube videos for phonetic guidance.

Start slow. I have known many beloveds who enjoy the sensation the Gayatri Mantra provides, then overdo it, repeat it for hours, and overstimulate their nervous system and kundalini flows.

Easy does it. Experiment with one round of 108 repetitions per day to begin. Prayer beads free your mind from counting and time constructs. If you’re new to prayer beads, get the kind that are hand knotted in between beads, so your fingers move easily from bead to bead.

Breathe and observe. Witness and pay attention to the changes in your body, fields, nervous system, and lifestream. Mantra meditation can create clearing, acceleration, and sensations of feeling your own spiritual power. Monitor what is best for your journey.

As with all Ascension practices, use what supports your journey. For me, it has been a helpful heart-centering tool.
