Grateful to see the Self-Realization Fellowship Lake Shrine still standing in Pacific Palisades, California after the devastating fires this week.

Like many of you, I have friends and Soul family in the areas affected by the fires who lost their homes, animals, and items that are precious to them.

I counsel many awakened creatives in the City of Angels, from well-known folks to under-the-radar lightworkers in service.

While everyone is grateful to be alive, the inner and outer healing takes time.

Most just need to talk with a calm friend, to express what they are feeling, tell their story (helps the nerves and mind, as with any trauma), and center themselves.

Also, to not be judged for how they handled the situation, location choices, etc. Opinions flow freely when disaster occurs.

My personal quest is to never be the kind of person that celebrates another’s demise. Or weighs one Soul’s journey over another. There is so much healing in the practice of Divine Neutrality.

If you have friends, family, or colleagues affected by a disaster or crisis; Be present. Listen. Send comfort. Help if you feel guided, centered, and capable.

Take all the love and gratitude you feel for the Lake Shrine and what it represents, and shine it forth as a blessing of comfort and hope to all hearts affected by the fires.
