David Wilcock, a prominent figure in the disclosure communities, took his own life in front of local police in Nederland, Colorado on Monday April 20. It stunned people who were connected to him or affected by his earlier work. His presentations prior to 2012 influenced thousands of awakenings, and his shows on Gaia TV from 2013-2018 popularized conversations and presentation styles that continue to this day.

My personal interaction with him took place in 2018-2019, when we spoke at the same conferences. From the speaker side of those events, I gained perspective on David, the conference circuit, and the many challenges that wayshowers face. He was a unique, vulnerable, funny, smart, troubled, and well-intentioned soul. He would appreciate the wild stories arising from his departure.

Maybe I will write about him in the future. Shock and speculations fade quickly in the online news cycle these days, as does everything.
